Park
It has an extensive collection of movable and immovable museum objects.

They are gathered in 79 objects of large and small rural architecture from Warmia, Masuria, Powiśle and Little Lithuania, with various functions, structure and structure. These are residential and religious buildings, farm buildings and industrial buildings. The buildings are equipped with exhibits showing traditional methods of work and rites in the countryside in the 19th and 20th centuries. Museum collections of material culture and folk art exceed 14 thousand. copies.

Objects
The objects come from the areas that were part of East Prussia at the time the Museum was established (i.e. in 1913): the Oberland (Upper Prussia), Little (Prussian) Lithuania and the Sambia region, and the present regions of north-eastern Poland, from which buildings were ) after World War II.

In the museum, we also present objects that do not fit into any of the regions presented. This is the northern part of our province, referred to in various historical periods as Barcja and Natangia. These are today’s Bartoszyce poviats and a part of the Kętrzyn poviat.

Animals
Museum breeds livestock.

Our museum animals – from horses and cows to goats, rabbits, sheep and poultry – are a great attraction for visitors.

Gardens
The facilities are located in a natural green environment, we grow flowers, vegetables and herbs in our gardens.

At the Museum, activities related to the design and establishment of gardens are associated with emphasizing the need to preserve the characteristic features of the rural landscape.
