The museum has over six thousand objects in its collections. The oldest and most valuable are original, 19th-century documents with the signatures of Staszic and Niemcewicz. A separate section is devoted to photographs, postcards, medals and measuring devices.
The museum collects archival materials and documents relating to the history of the University, as well as old scientific equipment, research instruments and technical devices used at the University of Technology.
