Evaluating a facility or event by users of individual accounts may only take place in conjunction with the publication of a comment that justifies the assessment.

5. Openness of the ranking

The order in which objects and events are presented depends on several factors.

First, these are the natural sections where information resides.
Secondly, these are search results that respond to phrases, date ranges and the parameter of free access to the event.
Thirdly, these are the rules for assigning a turturi.com rating on a scale of 1-6, where the following actions are assigned to individual levels:
- 1st publication of a verified entry by turturi.com,
- 2. availability of a photo of the registered office and address details,
- 3. introduction of opening hours and prices, including seasonality,
- 4. determining the dominant theme of the facility or its location, possibly exhibitions, events and attractions,
- 5. publication of English-language content,
- 6th systematic verification of data by the Guardians of the facilities expressed in access to their accounts,

6. Processing of personal data

The turturi.com platform processes personal data to the minimum extent necessary for the functioning of the services.
This includes individuals who have voluntarily set up accounts to set service preferences, rate properties, and create lists of favorite and visited venues and events. Individual accounts are free.

Data on objects located in turturi.com come from institutions and companies conducting open activity, publishing materials intended for general access. This applies in particular to events and exhibitions. The turturi.com platform does not independently provide personal data of persons employed in the indicated institutions and companies. Only contact details are presented, including phone numbers and social media addresses.

Personal data may be entered only by the owners of the Accounts of the Guardians. Providing personal data for the Accounts of Guardians is only used to verify the account. These data are not processed for any other purpose and are not made available by the turturi.com platform.

Users of Guardian accounts may publish content regarding their facilities and events, posting personal data at their own risk. Guardian accounts are free.

7. Fees

Publishing content on TURTURi is completely free. Users are also not charged for accessing the content.
Fees for advertising activity may be paid.
