The museum is located in an Art Nouveau house, popularly known as the “clock house”, built at the turn of the 20th century. Between 1901 and 1938, the building was home to the First National Tower Clock Factory in Krosno, which was established by the Krosno watchmaker Michał Mięsowicz.
