It presents subtropical plants and is the central pavilion combining the pavilion of tropical and Mediterranean plants. It is dominated by vines and palm trees.
The most interesting and valuable plants in this pavilion include several species of cycads, including the Malayan cycad (Cycas rumphii), palms: Arenga pinnata, the Australian palm Woydetia bifurcata and an approximately 18-meter-high specimen of the date palm (Phoenix dactylifera).
The walls of the pavilion are covered with vines, including the expansive Tetrastigma voinerianum.
