The “Biomes” block offers 5 selected habitats presented in the form of large dioramas.
These include Arctic tundra, temperate zone forest, paramo - high, tropical, montane vegetation in South America, lowland tropical forest and African savannah. Additionally, six small dioramas present the mangrove habitats, deep sea zone, coral reef, Alpine meadow, as well as Mediterranean and desert habitats. The artistic dioramas presenting a large number of characteristic organisms are an excellent opportunity to learn about the conditions determining the functioning of such environments.
